Inspection and construction of spa boiler according to standard 7911

It is a device that transfers the thermal energy released from fuel combustion by the burner to the water inside it. This heated water is circulated by the pump and loses some of its energy. As a result, the water returns to the boiler with a low temperature and is heated again.

Spa boilers are usually produced with the capacity from 44 KW to 3,000,000 KCAL per hour. Spa boilers are produced from 2 bar to 6 bar pressure. And it is usually used in central heating systems (powerhouse) to produce hot water of radiators, fan coils, heater units, underfloor heating, etc. Wall packages are similar to this type of boilers, in low capacity, and in high capacities, the central engine house system with steam is proposed as another method for heating the building.

In the spa boiler, the maximum water temperature of the boiler is 90, and the inspection process of this product is exactly the same as that of the hot water boiler, and the only difference in non-destructive tests is that 100% of weld connections must be visually inspected, and there is no need for ultrasonic or radiographic testing.

The hydrostatic test pressure in standard 7911 and the standard of spa boiler construction is 0.414 N.mm2 and the minimum holding time is 5 minutes.

Inspection during the construction of steam boilers and hot water according to standards 4231 and 22156

Every steam and hot water boiler during construction must be inspected by an official inspector or certified by a valid inspection authority. In order to ensure that the materials, construction and tests are in accordance with this standard in all respects, sufficient inspections must be performed.

Hot water boilers are used in cases where a temperature higher than 100 is required such as food and dairy industries (to boil and pasteurize milk).

By increasing the pressure inside the boiler and using the closed expansion system, if the temperature of the water inside the boiler reaches above 100 , it is called a hot water boiler. The maximum water temperature in the hot water boiler is usually up to 130 (In the hot water boiler, due to the high pressure and closed system, the temperature of the water is increased, but it does not turn into steam)
